Level up your Social Enterprise.

The Social Enterprise Platform: a hub where social enterprises can get partnered with industry experts to build capacity to help them succeed. With a mix of strategy, branding and a website build, we helped create a user-friendly and effective way to help do-gooders get together and do good.

The need

Charities and non-profits are facing a decrease in available grant money, increased competition for grants, a decrease in donors and difficulty in diversifying their revenue.

The solution

Creation of a platform by which non-profit organizations can access the expertise and additional competencies necessary to reduce their grant dependency and increase their social impact.

Please Welcome...

Our role

Having been a direct service provider to numerous social enterprises in the city, this gave us first hand experience and understanding of the difficult balancing act of running a charity and a business within a charity.

We worked collaboratively with the team at OCF, the Centre for Social Enterprise Development, Manu Sharma and Michael Lachapelle in the ideation, creation and launch of the platform.

We played both a strategic and marketing role and contributed to the product development of the platform.

On the strategy side…

Charities and non-profits are facing a decrease in available grant money, increased competition for grants, fewer donors and difficulty in diversifying their revenue.

On the marketing side…

Creation of a platform by which non-profit organizations can access the expertise and additional competencies necessary to reduce their grant dependency and increase their social impact.

We are proud to have helped Nelligan Law refresh their look and feel in the world. As they looked to show their true colours, the more human side of the firm and their commitment to the community, we co-created a new fresh face to reinvigorate the brand.
The CURE Foundation for breast cancer is a national foundation that provides funding for research, medical equipment and community programs for breast cancer patients. National Denim Day is CURE’s primary source of fundraising. KarmaDharma had the privilege of working with them this year to execute the National Denim Day campaign, which included a combination of digital and print assets.
