Mountainview’s long-standing family business has been serving our area for over 45 years. Owners and siblings Jared & Lindsay grow their own sod on their massive farm, offer landscaping products, and have numerous tailored landscaping solutions.

After seeing their revenue stagnate for over three years, they were ready to grow their business and make the organizational structure changes necessary to make it happen.
We took a coaching approach to help them figure out what they wanted and needed from the business before developing a plan for the future. We also helped them balance both long-term aspirations with tangible results.

Personal goals were established, management styles were reviewed, and a list of what needed to be let go of to be able to grow was created. Ongoing consultations led to braver decisions being made for the future of the company and their families.
2. Strategic Plan
Over several meetings, we helped them develop both a strategic and action plan. Starting with gaining a deep understanding of why they were in business and how this supported their life’s work. We established long-term objectives, documented processes, set tangible action goals and an org chart that could support the work.
3. Creative, content, & ongoing support
WEBSITE: It was time for an upgrade. After sitting on a stale website for over a decade, our team was thrilled to revamp their website into one that’s modern, clean, easy to navigate, and loaded with the right messaging and content. The shift to e-commerce, moved them out of the world of phone orders and excel spreadsheets and drastically improved the customer experience.
SOCIAL & BLOGS: Content is queen. We consistently create SEO-optimized blogs and social posts that have increased Mountainview’s reach, engagement and brand awareness while positioning them as thought leaders in their space. Our content strategy also prioritizes social media channels that specialize in video content.
NEWSLETTER: Our work exposed Mountainview to new eyes, which increased their email database. We then created a monthly newsletter with updates, discounts, and expert tips to drive additional sales and the average lifetime value of their clients.
ONGOING SUPPORT:
In addition, we also became an extension of their team, providing them with ongoing marketing support and acting as their Virtual Chief Marketing Office (VCMO), guiding their marketing decisions, and periodically meeting with them to discuss and plan their overall business strategy.
