Le CAP (Centre d’Appui et de Prévention), a dedicated organization serving diverse francophone communities in Ottawa, has been a cornerstone in providing mental health support to those in need. The organization was looking to amplify their online presence to showcase their services and expand awareness on issues of mental health and addiction.

We stepped in as their strategic ally to highlight their expertise. Our collaboration focused on creating content for social media for the organization as well as their resource for students: La Boussole. The strategy implemented resonated with their mission while enhancing public awareness of their available help.

Our journey began with an immersive strategic session. We delved into their ethos by engaging with their team, understanding their stories, and appreciating the meticulous care in their workspace. This human-centric approach allowed us to grasp their needs and the profound impact of their work, shaping our strategy. Based on their brand guidelines, we also researched and suggested new imagery to create a stronger online presence and establish consistency.

A comprehensive audit of their social content was conducted. This analysis helped us identify key themes and target audiences, leading to a refined social media strategy. We proposed innovative content ideas, including videos and diverse themes that aligned with their mission.

We create regular content encompassing copywriting, design, videos, and social media management. Our collaboration is aimed at promoting Le CAP's and La Boussole's valuable yet underrecognized services and tools in mental health.
