What does a life of meaning look like to you?

I spent so much of my life thinking small, thinking that I didn’t deserve better. Thinking, Who am I to contribute, to share, to be heard I haven’t done years of research on anyone topic, I don’t have a PhD at the end of my name.

But I do have two decades of trying to be a better human being. And that’s brought me to want to help others to find the courage to be the best versions of themselves in this lifetime. This means letting go of the conditioning, the self-limiting beliefs and all the psycho-emotional garbage that’s been piled on us from the multitude of sources in their life.

It’s hard to let go of.

It’s all the shit we know. It’s what’s familiar. Like the air we breathe, we probably aren’t even aware of its omnipresence. Weighing on us. We think we need our baggage to survive, because it is the only way we know how to live. Yet it is simultaneously suffocating because it is stale and preventing us from stepping into who we are destined to be and who the world needs us to be.

What happens when we let go?

Imagine choosing an intentionally different way of being in the world? One that we have chosen. One that is distant from what has been imposed upon us. Testing everything we hear, see, or read up against our own values. Up against what resonates for us and why we’re here and what we’re meant to do and be doing.

The fog of the known is a powerful force.

But we can break that cycle. We can be the source of our own rebirth. The rebirth in each and every moment as we become more in line with our authentic self. With our interconnectedness to all things, our true essence. We are not separate. There is no duality. We are connected. We are one.

We are here to be of service to the whole. To give with all our hearts, all of our minds, and all of our energy. To make this a better place for those around us.

Be mindful of hate, cynicism, judgement, comparison and harmful thought patterns.

Stop running away from the life you are meant to live.

How about you?

What would you need to embark on the internal journey, which is a much more enriching than any tourist trap. Stand in stillness. Bask in your greatness, in all your splendor. Be the light that inspires courage for another light to shine without fear of reprisal, or being diminished. Rise up to all that you are called to be.

It’s your time.

It’s always been your time.

The world needs your genius. Hard stop.

Let’s do this.
