Reimagining a brand from the inside out

Highstreet was the new kid on the block. They were a few years old and had a vision to become the best insurance agency around. With the help of investors, they set off to acquire additional insurance agencies and form an empire. But before they did this, they needed a new brand that would help elevate their position in the industry and inspire other agencies to join them on their mission. It was time to grow and achieve their vision, and they now needed the right team to help them do this.

Their existing brand was dated; they needed a new brand, a new website, a strategy, and the right team to help them achieve their vision. In addition, they were also soon approaching their 150th insurance agency acquisition. Managing the national Highstreet brand, onboarding 150 agencies, and establishing Highstreet as the best insurance agency in the US were enormous tasks. 

They needed a marketing agency to support them, but not just any; they needed one that was full-service, skilled, and highly efficient & adaptable.

1. Rebranding

We first took the time to build and unleash the new Highstreet brand. This was a delicate process that needed to be perfect. Closely working with the client, we crafted the messaging, brand identity, brand design system, a comprehensive set of brand guidelines, and a new, unique website that stood out in the insurance industry.

Since this was a massive deal, we worked closely with the client to prep a massive brand launch event in Atlanta, Georgia, that invited key people from within Highstreet from throughout the country to reveal and showcase the new branding.

2. Building and Establishing Ourselves

Once the foundation was expertly built, it was time to begin establishing Highstreet as a top player in the industry. We worked with the client to build a roadmap for the year, and executed on various projects that included everything from strategy, copywriting, design, and more.

3. Supporting Highstreet’s Agencies

Focusing on just building the Highstreet brand presence and perception isn’t enough. Highstreet’s revenue comes from the agencies that they own, so our number one goal is to support them with sales and marketing so they can grow grow and prosper. This included onboarding agencies to the Highstreet website and building them their own individual agency pages that we could send leads to. In addition, we’re working on providing them with sales and marketing materials for all of the products they offer. This included building out cohesive packages for them that included tips on how to sell the product to their clients and a list of marketing assets they could deploy (emails, digital ads, social media posts, etc.).

The end result (still ongoing) is that Highstreet now has evolved and become a national brand that is making waves in the insurance industry being slated as one of the fastest growing agencies in the country. They now have a skilled and trusted marketing team at their disposal that is actively by their side evolving the brand and supporting the Highstreet owned agencies grow and increase their revenues.

Being a part of the massive growth and history of what will one day become the greatest insurance agency in the USA.
