Sac \u00e0 dos, nourriture, sac de gym, recyclage, poubelle, cl\u00e9s, t\u00e9l\u00e9phone.\u00a0Quand je sors de ma voiture \u00e0 la fin de la journ\u00e9e, c\u2019est exactement la m\u00eame chose. Je ne prends pas le temps de glisser mon t\u00e9l\u00e9phone et mes cl\u00e9s dans mes poches, de mettre mes diff\u00e9rentes bouteilles d&rsquo;eau, tasses \u00e0 caf\u00e9 et d\u00e9chets dans un sac. J\u2019ai les mains pleines.<\/p>\n<p>Pourquoi est-ce que j\u2019essaie de tout prendre en m\u00eame temps\u00a0? Ne faire qu\u2019un voyage, gagner du temps\u00a0? In\u00e9vitablement, j\u2019\u00e9chappe quelque chose et m\u00eame si j\u2019avais une main libre pour le ramasser, aussit\u00f4t que je me penche, mes sacs pass\u00e9s sur mon \u00e9paule se retrouvent eux aussi sur la chauss\u00e9e. La joie&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que je r\u00e9alise que c&rsquo;est assez repr\u00e9sentatif de ma vie. <em>Nous g\u00e9rons notre vie exactement comme nous nous occupons des plus petits d\u00e9tails. Soupir&#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Qu&rsquo;en est-il de votre organisation ? Votre liste de choses \u00e0 faire \u00e9num\u00e8re-t-elle des objectifs comme augmenter les revenus, r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts, trouver les meilleurs talents, lancer un nouveau produit\/service, r\u00e9parer le site Web, am\u00e9liorer le marketing, trouver un bon responsable de la client\u00e8le, sch\u00e9matiser les processus, solidifier de bons partenariats, etc. ?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Et il va sans dire que tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments sont des priorit\u00e9s absolues. Urgents et importants. <em>Mais si tout est prioritaire, alors rien ne l\u2019est.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nous sommes tous conditionn\u00e9s \u00e0 croire qu\u2019il faille jongler avec 27 balles en m\u00eame temps. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, le multit\u00e2che est un mythe. In\u00e9vitablement, un \u00e9l\u00e9ment sera n\u00e9glig\u00e9. Souvent, nous risquons m\u00eame que tout en souffre. La distraction constante emp\u00eache toute vraie progression.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est ce que Sophie Leroy, professeure adjointe \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cole de commerce de l&rsquo;UW Bothell, appelle <em>r\u00e9sidu d&rsquo;attention<\/em>.
