Mon premier baiser est survenu \u00e0 17 ans, j\u2019ai assaini mes habitudes de vie \u00e0 28 ans, je me suis finalement appliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cole \u00e0 36 ans, j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 savoir ce que je voulais faire de la vie \u00e0 40 ans et deux ans plus tard, je me donnais un bon coup de pied au derri\u00e8re pour passer \u00e0 l\u2019action.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019ai cr\u00e9\u00e9 l\u2019agence simplement pour \u00eatre mon propre patron, voir si j&rsquo;avais ce qu&rsquo;il fallait pour diriger mon entreprise et mettre ma vision \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9preuve.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Or, pour la faire d\u00e9coller, j\u2019acceptais toutes sortes de contrats pour toutes sortes de clients&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pourtant mon esprit de r\u00eaveur qui veut perp\u00e9tuellement changer le monde savait bien que je pr\u00e9f\u00e9rais travailler avec les organisations caritatives et \u00e0 but non lucratif, celles qui s\u2019affairent \u00e0 combler les lacunes soci\u00e9tales ignor\u00e9es des gouvernements et des grosses entreprises. J\u2019adore leur donner un coup de main pour amplifier leur impact, que ce soit en travaillant leur strat\u00e9gie ou leurs efforts de marketing.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mais parfois, je mets en doute ma capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 aider ces organisations. Cette citation de Tim Ferriss r\u00e9sume parfaitement mon sentiment :<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e4c2422 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"e4c2422\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b4cb77f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b4cb77f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Je me demande \u00ab qui suis-je ? \u00bb pour faire ce travail.  Ou \u00ab pourquoi les gens devraient-ils m'\u00e9couter ?  Il y a tellement d'experts dans tout... \u00bb Pourquoi pas moi ? Faites vos devoirs. Investissez du temps.  Construisez votre cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 et lancez-vous dans le monde. <\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0fa7aa5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0fa7aa5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Tim Ferriss<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d461c03 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"d461c03\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f3689ce elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f3689ce\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">De la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re que j&rsquo;ai su que Jody \u00e9tait la personne que je devais \u00e9pouser, quelques semaines seulement apr\u00e8s notre rencontre (encore ensemble, et heureux apr\u00e8s 18 ans \ud83d\udc4a)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>), je sais pertinemment que j\u2019ai trouv\u00e9 le domaine auquel je veux contribuer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Je sais aussi que des acteurs sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9tablis dans ce domaine, d\u2019exp\u00e9rience et d\u2019expertise pouss\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Plut\u00f4t que de me laisser intimider par l\u2019inconnu et d&rsquo;abandonner mon entreprise, je vais y aller graduellement, \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape. D\u2019abord, je vais me mettre au courant des grands enjeux du secteur, conduire une analyse approfondie de la concurrence, mieux comprendre l&rsquo;offre de services d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sente sur le march\u00e9, trouver des partenaires strat\u00e9giques et sauter \u00e0 pieds joints dans l&rsquo;aventure&#8230; enfin, peut-\u00eatre y aller un pas \u00e0 la fois, mais vous comprenez ce que je veux dire.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit de nos emplois, notre organisation, nos relations, notre sant\u00e9, etc., nous avons tous des id\u00e9aux presque impossibles \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser. Les efforts requis nous semblent insurmontables. Comme le veut ce vieux dicton, <em>la plupart des gens abandonnent avant d\u2019avoir commenc\u00e9.<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pourtant, si nous parvenons \u00e0 diviser en \u00e9tapes le trajet pour arriver \u00e0 notre destination, si nous sommes pr\u00e9sents et patients pendant le voyage, si nous avons la discipline et l\u2019engagement pour y parvenir, le champ des possibles change radicalement.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sans compter qu\u2019en cours de route, nous pourrions prendre confiance en nos capacit\u00e9s et retirer une certaine fiert\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre demeur\u00e9s fid\u00e8les \u00e0 notre mission, \u00e0 nos relations et, surtout, \u00e0 nous-m\u00eames.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Un voyage de mille lieues commence toujours par un premier pas.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">&#8211; Lao Tzu<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Il y a des moments o\u00f9 l\u2019on se remet en question.
