Right balance of gut and data. <\/strong><\/p><p>\u201cData driven\u201d can often lead to \u201cdata paralysis\u201d. A healthy trait is knowing when to trust your gut, and when to insist on data. We use a simple risk:comfort level model to help you determine how to categorize your decisions.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>2. Hypothesis driven. <\/strong><\/p><p>The right cultures don\u2019t rely on data to do their thinking. Rather, thought processes guide hypotheses that guide the data.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>3. Driven by why. <\/strong><\/p><p>Curiosity is underrated. Data democratization. <\/strong><\/p><p>The right culture ensures that data is accessible and used by all.
