Peut-\u00eatre.<br \/>\nDois-je me r\u00e9inviter? Voil\u00e0 peut-\u00eatre une meilleure question \u00e0 se poser.<br \/>\nkarmadharma traverse une p\u00e9riode difficile en ce moment. En janvier, nous \u00e9tions une toute petite agence dont l\u2019\u00e9quipe \u00e9tait enti\u00e8rement bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Ottawa et Gatineau.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis lors :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nous avons ajout\u00e9 cinq nouveaux membres \u00e0 notre \u00e9quipe \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al et un aux Philippines.<\/li>\n<li>Nous avons d\u00e9croch\u00e9 deux nouveaux clients, ce qui augmentera notre chiffre d\u2019affaires de pr\u00e8s de 40 %.<\/li>\n<li>Nous avons acquis une petite entreprise de d\u00e9veloppement Web aux \u00c9tats-Unis, ce qui s\u2019accompagne d\u2019une s\u00e9rie de d\u00e9fis et de possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019ordre juridique, op\u00e9rationnel et culturel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nous sommes bien loin de la situation dans laquelle je me trouvais il y a sept ans et demi, assis dans un Starbucks en train de d\u00e9penser 20\u00a0dollars pour constituer karmadharma, sans aucune exp\u00e9rience pr\u00e9alable en gestion d\u2019entreprise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9poque, j\u2019\u00e9tais l\u2019homme \u00e0 tout faire\u00a0: j\u2019\u00e9tais le produit, le vendeur, le responsable du marketing, le directeur des op\u00e9rations, le concierge, et j\u2019en passe. Or, maintenant que nous continuons \u00e0 nous d\u00e9velopper, je me sens oblig\u00e9 de me montrer \u00e0 la hauteur et d\u2019\u00e9voluer pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 notre nouvelle r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Observer notre croissance, c\u2019est un peu comme regarder mes filles grandir\u00a0: chaque ann\u00e9e est merveilleuse, mais totalement diff\u00e9rente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je me suis m\u00eame demand\u00e9\u00a0: si karmadharma doit r\u00e9aliser son destin, suis-je vraiment la bonne personne pour nous y guider? J\u2019esp\u00e8re que, pour un temps, la r\u00e9ponse sera oui, mais je sais qu\u2019un jour, la r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 cette question sera non.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Au cours de mes r\u00e9flexions sur la personne que je devais devenir pour nous aider \u00e0 \u00e9tendre notre port\u00e9e au-del\u00e0 des petites entreprises, pour apprendre ce que \u00e7a prend pour g\u00e9rer une entreprise qui offre un certain nombre de services diff\u00e9rents dans diff\u00e9rents pays, je me suis rendu compte que je devais me r\u00e9inventer une fois de plus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toutefois, lorsque j\u2019en ai parl\u00e9 \u00e0 une bonne amie, elle m\u2019a renvoy\u00e9 la question de la r\u00e9invention et m\u2019a demand\u00e9 si une question plus appropri\u00e9e ne serait pas \u00ab\u00a0As-tu besoin de te r\u00e9inviter?\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Au lieu de me dire que je dois changer ou devenir quelqu\u2019un d\u2019autre, et si j\u2019accueillais ce que l\u2019univers attend de moi?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Me r\u00e9inviter \u00e0 l\u2019instant pr\u00e9sent.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Me r\u00e9inviter \u00e0 l\u00e2cher ce sentiment d\u2019\u00eatre diff\u00e9rent.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Me r\u00e9inviter \u00e0 cette nouvelle perspective.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Me r\u00e9inviter \u00e0 une nouvelle \u00e9nergie.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Me r\u00e9inviter \u00e0 simplement exister, sans ressentir le besoin d\u2019agir.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Me r\u00e9inviter \u00e0 ce voyage sans fin qu\u2019est le devenir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Eh bien\u2026 c\u2019est une autre fa\u00e7on de voir les choses! \ud83d\ude0a<br \/>\nPlus je r\u00e9fl\u00e9chis \u00e0 ces questions de r\u00e9invention ou de r\u00e9invitation, plus je me rends compte qu\u2019elles n\u2019impliquent pas tellement un choix \u00e0 faire qu\u2019une acceptation.<br \/>\nPour que notre port\u00e9e puisse s\u2019accro\u00eetre, il faut d\u2019abord que je m\u2019\u00e9panouisse en tant qu\u2019individu. Je pense que le niveau de conscience d\u2019une organisation ne peut pas d\u00e9passer celui de son dirigeant.
