C\u2019est un mot anglais. \u00c7a existe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vous ne le trouverez pas dans le dictionnaire, mais il est bel et bien en usage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coddiwomple<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> signifie\u00a0: Un voyage intentionnel vers une destination vague.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je l\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert sur un profil LinkedIn apr\u00e8s avoir particip\u00e9 au congr\u00e8s du r\u00e9seau B for Good Leaders \u00e0 Amsterdam.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce fut l\u2019un de ces moments qui m\u2019a permis de d\u00e9couvrir un mot pouvant concilier le langage et le ressenti, un ressenti bien pr\u00e9sent, mais pas du tout d\u00e9fini. Un moment qui m\u2019a fait soudainement, pourtant agr\u00e9ablement passer de l\u2019abstrait au concret.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Depuis lors, j\u2019ai l\u2019impression qu\u2019une nouvelle \u00e9nergie motive la fa\u00e7on dont je me pr\u00e9sente au monde.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je sais pourquoi je suis ici. Je suis ici pour devenir la meilleure version de moi-m\u00eame, au service du monde qui m\u2019entoure. Pour donner mille fois en retour tout ce dont j\u2019ai eu la chance de recevoir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je sais comment je veux me pr\u00e9senter\u00a0: avec pr\u00e9sence, amour et g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9 d\u2019esprit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je sais pourquoi karmadharma existe\u00a0: Pour aider les individus et les organisations \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser leur plein potentiel, \u00e0 maximiser leur impact et \u00e0 \u00eatre fid\u00e8les \u00e0 eux-m\u00eames tout au long de leur vie. Pour les aider \u00e0 concevoir des vies et des organisations qui ont un sens et qui leur permettent de s\u2019\u00e9panouir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pourtant, je n\u2019ai aucune id\u00e9e comment tout cela va se passer et \u00e0 quoi cela va ressembler exactement.\u00a0 \u00c0 quelle \u00e9chelle? O\u00f9? Quels produits et services? Quelle structure? Je l\u2019ignore.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qu\u2019il est rafra\u00eechissant de faire la paix avec l\u2019inconnu! De r\u00e9server une place pour cette question de savoir comment tout cela pourrait tourner.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De se donner la permission de l\u00e2cher prise et d\u2019exister, tout simplement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Libre de tout attachement au r\u00e9sultat de nos actions.
